We're back! As of June 2020, EB Tattoo will be re-opening with new policies in place to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible.
Cleanliness and the safety of our clients and staff has always been a top priority for us at EB Tattoo, so rest assured that we are taking extra steps and precautions to make sure we are operating in a safe and sanitary manner. With that being said, we are implementing a new set of policies recommended by the CDC and our local health department to help minimize the spread of COVID-19.
- If you are unvaccinated, we ask that you wear a face mask during the entirety of your appointment.
- We will not be accepting walk-ins and will work by appointment only. You must call ahead and see if there's any availability for the day if you want to get tattooed without an appointment.
- No guests. In order to keep foot traffic to a minimum, only the person getting tattooed will be allowed in the shop.
- A digital waiver will be emailed to you 24-48 hours before your appointment and must be signed and returned to us prior to your appointment.
- Please avoid hugging and handshaking as much as possible to reduce the risk of transmission.
- If you are sick, exhibiting symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc), or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please contact your artist as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show Policy - We will NOT be forfeiting deposits for anyone who feels the need to reschedule their appointment due to reasons related to COVID-19. However, if you arrive to the shop exhibiting symptoms, fail to show up for your appointment, or fail to contact your artist prior to your appointment about rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Failure to comply with these policies will result in your removal from our premises and the forfeit of your deposit. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
While we are taking your safety and that of our staff very seriously by employing new policies and increasing sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting COVID-19. You will voluntarily and knowingly assume the risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19 should you choose to attend your appointment. Again, we will not be enforcing our deposit policy on anyone who feels the need to reschedule their appointment due to reasons related to COVID-19.
If we all work together, we can help reduce the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases and return to our normal lives. We appreciate your support throughout these challenging times and thank you for your understanding and cooperation to help keep everyone safe!
